Kind Clinic is making it easier than ever to manage your healthcare. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the patient experience, we’ll soon begin using updated patient registration forms and introduce The athenaPatient App, an app for patients that makes it easier to stay connected with your care.

As these improvements roll out, all patients will be asked to complete an updated set of registration forms before a future visit.
When it’s time, you’ll receive a separate secure message with instructions on how to complete your forms online.
Completing your registration before your appointment will help make your check-in faster and ensure we have your most up-to-date information.

The athenaPatient App is your simple, convenient way to manage your healthcare with Kind Clinic.
Using the app, you’ll be able to:

- Access your healthcare information—all in one place
If you already have an Athena portal account, you can continue using your existing username and password.
Your current access to the online patient portal will not change, and the athenaPatient app gives you an additional, enhanced way to manage your healthcare.
